But did you know it can also be a fantastic ingredient in your favorite recipes?

Why Choose Peru Swiss Water Decaf?

Our Peru Swiss Water Decaf is crafted using the chemical-free Swiss Water Process, which ensures that 99.9% of the caffeine is removed while preserving the full flavor of the beans. This method uses only water, temperature, and time to extract caffeine, resulting in a coffee that's both delicious and sustainable.

Tasting Notes

The Peru Swiss Water Decaf offers a delightful balance of flavors, including subtle notes of caramel, chocolate, and a hint of citrus. It's a medium-bodied coffee with a smooth finish, making it perfect for any time of day.

A New Twist on a Classic Dessert

Inspired by the rich flavors of our decaf coffee, we decided to incorporate it into a classic bread pudding recipe. This dessert is easy to make and a great way to enjoy the unique taste of Peru Swiss Water Decaf in a new form. Here’s how you can make it at home:

Coffee-Infused Bread Pudding Recipe

  • Any bread of your choice, torn into small pieces (about 8 cups)
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed Peru Swiss Water Decaf
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • A pinch of salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place the torn pieces of your chosen bread into the greased dish. Sprinkle raisins if desired.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, brewed coffee, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted margarine, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the custard mixture over the bread, pressing down gently to ensure it is fully soaked.
  5. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the custard.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Perfect for Any Occasion

This coffee-infused bread pudding is a versatile dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. It’s a great way to impress your guests or simply enjoy a comforting treat at home. The addition of Peru Swiss Water Decaf adds a depth of flavor that’s both unique and delightful.
